Law Offices of Mark A. Belnick, LLC announces the expansion of its practice into Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including Mediation and Arbitration of complex commercial litigation, with offices in New York City and Los Angeles.

The firm will continue its litigation consulting practice, concentrating on complex commercial and white collar criminal matters, appeals, corporate and government investigations, and Constitutional law cases.

Mr. Belnick, a Fellow of The American College of Trial Lawyers, is admitted to Practice in NY, a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar, and the Bars of several U.S. Courts of Appeal. Prior to establishing this firm in 2005, Mr. Belnick was a senior litigation partner at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, and served also as Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Counsel of Tyco Int’l. He has been a Visiting Professor of Law at Cornell, Cardozo and Pepperdine, and University Lecturer in Politics (Constitutional Law) at Princeton
